Rock Climbing
If you have a head for heights and you like overcoming challenges then this is the activity for you.
Jersey is renowned for having some of the best rock climbing areas in Europe. The variety of rock, from granite to gabbro, and the spectacular scenery makes rock climbing so appealing for both beginners and experts alike.
Learn to layback and get into some serious bridging, or try hand jamming. Your instructor will teach you all the moves you will need to know as well as how to belay, prusik and place gear. All will become clear!

Appropriate clothing for accessing the crag (sturdy trainers or boots) - we recommend climbing shoes for the crag.
