Refund Policy
The following Policy will be strictly adhered to:

Cancellation before the event by us due to an adverse weather forecast - full refund or reschedule event.

Session/Course time restricted to under half the scheduled session/course duration before cancellation by us due to adversely changing weather conditions - another session/course, or 50% refund.

Over half the session/course time achieved before cancellation by us due to adversely changing weather conditions - No refund.

If a session/course or any other event is either missed, stopped or cancelled by the customer - No refund

Courses

If you book on to a course, please be prepared for dates / times to change due to weather. If you can’t make the new scheduled time, you won’t be entitled to any refund for this missed session. However, we will credit your account with the fraction of the course fee that you missed, which can be redeemed for the same, or an alternative, activity.

Kite Surf

Please be aware that the Kite Surf School only operates between the months of April – September. If you are purchasing a voucher or purchasing lessons in advance, please telephone our office when you know the date that you would like to book for. This will ensure you are in our ‘current Kite Surfers’ list.

For follow up sessions, we will call you 3 times to try and schedule you in. If you are unavailable on any of the dates we can offer, we will then wait for you to call us to schedule your next lesson.

Please bear in mind that Kite Surfing is entirely wind dependent. Sessions can become available, and likewise, be cancelled, at very short notice.

Refunds will not be offered at the end of the season if we have given you 3 opportunities, and you have been unable to take your lessons.

In this instance, your account would be credited. You could use this credit for kit, other activities, or save it for next seasons Kite Surfing.
